I am a Body Psychotherapist, trained with the Institute of Body Psychotherapy in Brisbane, currently working with clients both in person and online.

My journey into this work began nearly two decades ago in Brazil, where Body Psychotherapy is deeply respected as a powerful path for emotional and personal transformation. It was the first modality that created genuine, lasting change in my own life — guiding me into deeper body awareness, emotional regulation, and a strong sense of self-responsibility.

My approach is grounded, attuned, and body-led. I support clients in reconnecting with themselves beneath patterns and defenses, creating space for meaningful, embodied change that extends into everyday life.

As part of my accreditation pathway, I currently offer a limited number of discounted student sessions. Sessions are available in person in Perth, Western Australia, or online worldwide.

With Breathwork, we use conscious breathing techniques to help regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and access deeper emotional layers in a safe and supported way.

Body Psychotherapy

In Body Psychotherapy, we work with the connection between your body and mind, helping you become aware of physical patterns linked to emotions so you can release tension, process experiences, and create lasting change.

Bioenergetics

With Bioenergetics, we work through the body to release held tension, restore natural energy flow, and help you reconnect with your emotions in a more grounded and expressive way.
